Join us once a month for this casual and educational group meet, where we dive into reconnection to life. Led by Julie Ann Gandulla (mentor, educator, and author), each month focuses on a different aspect of reconnection, emphasizing group discussion and integration of various topics. Examples of topics will span the continuum of human experience. Ranging from diet, self care, body awareness, and exercise; to breathwork, deep listening, archetypical awareness, and dreamwork. We encourage anyone and everyone to join us…come as you are!
