We will learn big picture components of sleep health (i.e. diet, exercise, circadian rhythm, habitat, and more) to encourage the quantity and quality of sleep.
During the consultation half of the session:
We will consider personal goals, values, and environmental factors, and work together to fine-tune and implement the sleep habits that best work for you.
