A Path to Awakening

Service Description

reWilding is founded in reconnection and reclamation! Reconnection to all the parts that make up who we are; body, mind, spirit, nature, animals, community, etc., and reclamation of these parts from a place of awareness and authenticity. A Path to Awakening is a true voyage! It takes students from the construction of their vessel to the navigation of a vast ocean. First introduced to reconnection, students learn the basics of creating a quieting in their lives through the body. Here we dive into relationship with breath, sleep, food, exercise, and even music. Once this foundation is established, students then learn the basics of deep listening in their lives. Here we dive into listening to the body, mind, nature, and even dreams. Finally, building upon these new tools and relationships, students begin the process of reclamation, actively creating their own unique connections and relationships from the wild nature they were born with. What to expect: This series is designed for students to approach the "work" at their own pace. Each subject requires at least one session, however, a student may choose to spend more sessions on a deeper dive into the subject matter that calls to them. Reconnection: Quieting... Breath Sleep Fuel Movement Music/Technology/Social Media Thought Listening... Body Nature Animals/People Mind Dreams Energy Reclamation: This session focuses on the culmination of a student's work! We spend this final meeting discussing and/or demonstrating how they've integrated their unique take-aways into their own path to awakening. * Upon completion of this series, students are gifted a 1 hour session to design and co-create with their mentor, a token to symbolize their journey thus far, as well as their on-going journey of reWilding...of awakening!
